Roffensian Consulting offers a comprehensive project and program management service, as well as PMO creation, evolution and management.  Like all of our services, we tailor our project solution to the needs of the customer, in some cases providing end to end program management, in others simply facilitating project kick-offs.

All of our project management consultants are certified by the Project Management Institute as project management professionals (PMPs) , the industry standard for professional project management.
